In this role, you will combine deep industry knowledge with consultative communication skills to foster strong, collaborative partnerships. Account Manager - Summary
- Serve as a strategic advisor to contractor partners, guiding them in leveraging the SmartAC platform for business growth.
- Foster executive-level relationships and maintain high levels of contractor engagement and satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain deep relationships with key contractor accounts.
- Understand contractor business models, revenue drivers, and growth objectives.
- Formulate and execute strategic plans for member acquisition and retention.
- Conduct regular business reviews focused on growth metrics and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and additional service engagement.
- Monitor contractor health and proactively manage retention risks.
- Support contract renewals and expansion initiatives.
- Represent SmartAC at industry events and build industry partnerships.
- Gather and relay strategic market feedback to inform company strategy.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve contractor issues and ensure success.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years managing strategic or enterprise customer relationships.
- Exceptional consultative communication and trust-building skills.
- Strong business acumen with understanding of contractor growth and revenue models.
- Superior presentation, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
- Able to manage multiple high-priority accounts simultaneously.
- Experience in customer growth, account expansion, or business development.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills; able to convert data into actionable insights.
- Willingness to travel as needed for strategic contractor engagement.
- Preferred: Experience in HVAC, home services, or related field service industries.
- Familiarity with CRM, field service software, or business intelligence tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
