As an Account Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to key contractor accounts, guiding them in strategic business decisions that drive measurable growth and operational efficiency. Your expertise in customer relationship management, business development, and strategic planning will empower HVAC service providers to thrive in a competitive marketplace.

In this role, you will combine deep industry knowledge with consultative communication skills to foster strong, collaborative partnerships. You will be responsible for understanding each contractor’s unique business model, growth objectives, and operational challenges, and translating those insights into actionable strategies that maximize the value of the SmartAC platform for each partner. Working closely with Sales, Onboarding, Account Success, and Product teams, you will advocate for contractor needs, ensuring that their feedback informs SmartAC’s ongoing development and strategic direction.
