Administrative Assistant - Summary
- Serve as the primary administrative support for senior executives in a healthcare or academic setting.
- Facilitate the efficient management of daily operations by handling complex scheduling, communication, and logistical tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence, responding appropriately and maintaining confidentiality.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and other business communications with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Plan, coordinate, and document high-level meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Support special projects, conduct research, and assist with the coordination and implementation of strategic initiatives as directed by leadership.
- Maintain organized workflows, manage sensitive information, and ensure all administrative processes align with organizational standards.
- Participate in regular campus rounds and actively engage with faculty and physicians as part of daily on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a high-level administrative support role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Experience in healthcare or academic environments is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business productivity tools.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.
- Commitment to maintaining discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
