Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Build, manage, and grow your Farmers Insurance agency
- Market and sell auto, home, life, and commercial insurance products
- Provide personalized, consultative insurance solutions
- Recruit, train, and lead your own team
- Oversee day-to-day operations of your agency
Qualifications:
- Insurance license or sales experience helpful (not required)
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
