Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a wide range of retail products including grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, power equipment, storage sheds, bicycles, and similar items
- Ensure all assembled merchandise meets quality and safety standards established by the store and company
- Use personal tools, such as cordless impact drivers, socket sets, screwdrivers, and mallets, to complete assemblies efficiently
- Document completed work using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing through the company app
- Adhere to scheduled assignments, check in punctually at job sites, and maintain reliability in attendance and performance
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in every assembly project
- Communicate effectively with store personnel as needed and represent M&C Assemblies professionally at all times
Salary & Benefits

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs and handle large-item assembly
- Reliable personal transportation to travel to various store locations
- Smartphone with a working camera for documentation and invoicing
- Ownership of personal tools, including 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and willingness to work independently
- Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and consistent attendance
