A smartphone with a working camera is necessary for job site check-ins, scanning, and invoicing through the company app. Technicians are expected to provide their own tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter or utility knife, and a rubber mallet.
