Duties & Responsibilities- Assemble a wide range of retail products including, but not limited to, grills, BBQ equipment, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture sets, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, and bicycles.
- Utilize your own tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter or utility knife, and rubber mallet to ensure precise assembly.
- Work efficiently and accurately to meet daily and weekly assembly goals, ensuring all units are built according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Use a smartphone with a working camera for photo documentation, scanning, and invoicing via the company’s proprietary app.
- Maintain a high level of punctuality and reliability by checking in on time at each job site and consistently completing assignments as scheduled.
- Demonstrate quality-focused workmanship, ensuring that all products are sturdy, safe, and ready for customer use.
- Adapt to a variety of assembly tasks, with the expectation of daily changes in assignments and product types.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and company coordinators as needed to facilitate smooth operations.
- Competitive, performance-based pay structure, with earnings averaging $20 per hour and the potential for top performers to earn up to $60 per hour equivalent with no cap on earnings.
