Assembly Technician - Summary- Responsible for assembling various consumer products at retail client locations, including grills, lawnmowers, patio furniture, and wheelbarrows.

- Assemble products efficiently and accurately according to manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines.
- Verify all parts and components are present and undamaged before beginning each assembly project.
- Conduct quality checks on completed products to ensure correct assembly and safe operation.
- Document completed assemblies with photographs using a smartphone for invoicing and record-keeping.
- Communicate professionally with retail clients, store associates, and team members as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the assembly process.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies during on-site work assignments.
- Compensation is performance-based, with earnings determined by the number of items assembled and quality of work.

- Reliable transportation to travel between retail client locations.

- Must supply personal tools, including: 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex sockets, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
- Self-motivated and energetic with a strong work ethic.
- Demonstrates mechanical aptitude and enjoys hands-on assembly work.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
