Behavioral Consultant LBS - Summary
- Deliver evidence-based ABA services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other behavioral challenges.
- Work collaboratively with behavior health technicians, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective treatment plans.
- Provide services in diverse settings including centers, homes, schools, and community locations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and support behavior health technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to treatment protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement Program (VB-MAPP), and Assessment of Functional Living Skills (AFLS).
- Develop, oversee, and modify individualized treatment plans based on data and ongoing assessment.
- Maintain a manageable caseload, averaging approximately 25 clients per week, to ensure personalized attention and effective intervention.
- Collaborate regularly with families and other service providers to coordinate care and monitor client progress.
- Document client progress, treatment modifications, and session notes in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, training, and supervision opportunities provided by Aspire CFS.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) certification in good standing is highly preferred; candidates with a BCBA in process are also encouraged to apply.
- Master’s degree from an accredited ABA program or equivalent academic credentials required.
- Demonstrated expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis and behavioral assessment tools.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered services for children and adolescents with developmental and behavioral needs.
- Ability to provide services across various settings, including centers, homes, schools, and community locations as needed.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
