Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing support in both Spanish and English.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service related to insurance availability, policy updates, claim submissions, billing, and more.
- Utilize a needs-based approach to educate clients about suitable insurance options and build strong, ongoing relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, coverage options, eligibility, policy changes, and claims.
- Process billing clarifications, policy transfers, and other client requests in a timely manner.
- Educate clients using a customer-focused review process to ensure they understand their insurance options.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of client interactions and transactions.
- Provide timely activity reports to agency management as required.
- Stay current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and ongoing training needs.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to daily success.
