Bilingual Insurance Account Manager - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish- and English-speaking clients, providing expert guidance on insurance products.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads and engage prospective clients through proactive outreach and follow-up communications.
- Schedule customer appointments, assess insurance needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain and nurture client relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet agency sales objectives and contribute to overall business growth.
- Document all customer interactions in accordance with established protocols and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.
- Insurance sales experience and active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses are preferred, though not required.
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses as a condition of employment.
- Demonstrated success in sales roles such as inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals or quotas is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong listening abilities.
