Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as a key contact for both prospective and existing insurance clients, delivering superior customer service in Spanish and English.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Respond promptly, accurately, and courteously to inquiries regarding insurance products, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Use a customer-focused approach to assess clients’ needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.
- Assist with claim submissions and provide clarification on policy coverage and billing as needed.
- Support client retention efforts by delivering consistent, high-quality service.
- Prepare and submit thorough activity reports to the agency as required.
- Participate in ongoing training and remain current on product changes, licensing requirements, and industry developments.
