Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, responding promptly to inquiries about insurance products, policy options, billing, and claims
- Educate customers using a needs-based approach to explain coverage options and help them make informed decisions
- Process policy changes, address eligibility and coverage questions, and clarify billing matters
- Provide thorough follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success in daily activities
- Utilize computer systems to manage client data and activity reports efficiently
- Stay current with industry regulations, licensing, and product changes through ongoing education

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
- Must be able to obtain Life and Health insurance license if not already held
