Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative – P&C, Life & Health Summary- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing bilingual (Chinese/English) insurance support and customer service.
- Utilize active Property & Casualty, Life, and Health licenses to assist customers with a full range of insurance products.
- Foster positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in continuous training and professional development opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, proactively following up as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service for all insurance-related inquiries.
- Educate clients on insurance options using needs-based review processes.
- Assist with policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Maintain detailed and timely activity reports for agent review.
- Stay updated on product changes, licensing requirements, and technical developments.
