Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Close sales through effective communication and a consultative approach.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Build ongoing networking relationships within the community and with business partners.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly client support to create positive experiences.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a consistent commitment to achieving daily and monthly goals.
- Identify new service opportunities by engaging both existing and new clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for lines such as Auto, Home, and Life Insurance.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both languages.
- Property & Casualty license (must be obtained prior to the start date; assistance provided).
- Life & Health insurance license (must be obtained prior to the start date; assistance provided).
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience in sales, banking, commission-based sales, door-to-door sales, or B2C sales is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
- Previous experience with State Farm is a plus.
