Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) professionals are invited to join a renowned academic health system as part of a full-time, high-acuity assignment. The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) role involves providing anesthesia care for a broad spectrum of surgical cases, ranging from general and orthopedic to cardiovascular, neurosurgical, gastrointestinal, urologic, gynecologic, ENT, ophthalmologic, and healthy pediatric procedures. As a CRNA, you will be integral to the surgical team, ensuring patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgery. Experience in Level I trauma is highly valued, and the ability to adapt to a variety of clinical situations is essential.

In this assignment, you will operate within an academic health system known for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care. The work environment is characterized by efficient operating room operations, robust clinical support, and a culture of collaboration. CRNAs in this role will work across multiple hospital sites, requiring flexibility and the ability to float between campuses as needed.

The assignment includes a consistent schedule with full-time hours, typically structured as either four 10-hour shifts or three 12-hour shifts, with Fridays as a required workday. No on-call duties are required, supporting work-life balance and predictability. Weekend availability is appreciated during periods of staff shortage. All orientation hours are fully billable, ensuring you are compensated for your onboarding and training time.

Ideal candidates will possess active board certification through the NBCRNA and must hold or be eligible for state licensure. A valid DEA license is mandatory. Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records is expected, and previous experience in a high-acuity, academic, or trauma environment will be a significant asset.
