The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) will work alongside supervising anesthesiologists and a team of over 160 clinical anesthesia professionals, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of anesthesia services. The work environment includes multiple operating room suites, including high-volume locations and ambulatory sites. The role involves managing a wide variety of cases, such as transplant, ENT, trauma, neurosurgery, cardiothoracic, and orthopedic surgeries. Flexible scheduling is available, with shift lengths ranging from 12 to 24 hours, supporting a balanced professional and personal life.
As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality anesthesia care within a medically supervised model. Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia services in collaboration with supervising anesthesiologists
- Manage anesthesia for a variety of surgical specialties, including transplant, ENT, trauma, neurosurgery, cardiothoracic, and orthopedics
- Participate in flexible scheduling with shift lengths of 12, 16, 18, or 24 hours
- Document clinical activities accurately using the EPIC electronic medical record system
- Work across multiple campus locations, including high-volume OR suites and ambulatory surgery sites
- Function within a team of 160+ anesthesia professionals, including 8–12 CRNAs per shift
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and patient safety standards
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active CRNA certification required
- Board certification required
- Massachusetts nursing license preferred but not required
- Ability to work comfortably in a medically supervised CRNA environment
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records preferred
- Ability to work across multiple locations as needed
- Providers will not be required to perform regional blocks (these are performed by physicians)
- Clean file preferred, but not mandatory
