- Inpatient and outpatient anesthesia coverage in main ORs, surgery centers, and GI suites
- Structured, no-call, day-shift opportunity with flexible scheduling

- Administer anesthesia for GI procedures, general surgical cases, and outpatient procedures for adolescent and adult patients
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and healthcare teams to deliver safe, effective anesthesia care
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management
- Provide anesthetic assessments, plan and implement anesthesia care, and monitor patient status throughout procedures
- Maintain adherence to hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing professional development
- Ensure patient safety and comfort pre-, intra-, and post-procedure
- Competitive hourly compensation ($190-$220/hr, negotiable based on shift commitment)

- Active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification (NBCRNA)
- Current Virginia RN license or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience, with preference for GI and higher-acuity (ASA 3+) patients
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
- COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations required (no exemptions permitted)
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility in compliance with policy
- Experience in Level 1 or Level 2 trauma centers preferred; academic experience is a plus
- Demonstrates proficiency in GI and general anesthesia care
- Thrives in high-acuity clinical settings and team-based environments
- Possesses excellent communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills
- Adaptable to structured schedules and fast-paced hospital environments

- Shifts: 4x10-hour days per week, with alternative options available

- No obstetrics, pediatrics, open heart, thoracic, or peripheral block cases
