Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective anesthesia care for a range of outpatient surgical procedures, including ENT, orthopedic, urology, general, GI, and GYN cases
- Work independently or as part of a care team depending on site assignment
- Utilize the Epic electronic medical record system for all patient documentation and perioperative charting
- Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in case planning, patient assessments, and intraoperative management
- Comply with institutional policies, clinical protocols, and safety regulations
- Maintain a high standard of care and uphold ethical, professional standards at all times

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- DEA registration required
- Experience in general and regional anesthesia preferred
- Familiarity with bread-and-butter surgical cases such as ENT, ortho, urology, general, and GI procedures
- License to practice as a CRNA in Wisconsin preferred (support for licensure process available if not yet licensed)
