Conformal Coating Machine Operator - Summary- Operate advanced machinery to apply conformal coatings, critical for the protection and longevity of electronic assemblies.
- Follow established procedures and safety protocols to maintain product quality and workplace safety.
- Inspect, verify, and ensure adherence to specifications and tolerances.
- Contribute to a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and compliance.
- Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines for conformal coating processes, following process sheets and supervisor guidance.
- Apply spray conformal coat material accurately to company products, ensuring even and precise coverage.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products against predetermined tolerances to assure quality.
- Report any accidents, near misses, unsafe acts, or unsafe conditions promptly to maintain a safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) program requirements.
- Properly handle, store, and dispose of all waste, including hazardous materials, in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs).
