Construction Project Coordinator - Summary
- Support construction and project management teams with administrative, financial, and organizational tasks.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial documentation, including invoices and pay applications.
- Maintain up-to-date project files, standard operating procedures, and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
- Utilize project management software to track progress and provide ad-hoc reporting as required.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain standard operating procedures, project files, and financial reports for ongoing construction projects.
- Reconcile and close out financial and administrative documents, including timely processing of invoices and pay applications.
- Coordinate with team members to manage Tenant Improvement Allowance, license applications, and construction notices.
- Assist in the bidding process, document storage, and verification of new store addresses or project sites.
- Support the use of project management software, such as Projectmates or Procore, to ensure accurate project tracking.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and administrative support as requested by leadership or management teams.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant business experience, with a preference for backgrounds in construction or finance.
