Contingent Workforce Specialist - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contingent workforce program administration
- Coordinate and support the full lifecycle of contingent worker engagement, from recruitment to offboarding
- Facilitate onboarding, extensions, compliance monitoring, and reporting processes
- Collaborate with vendors, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure all activities align with program and organizational standards
Duties & Responsibilities
- Program Support & Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate interviews between vendors, candidates, and hiring teams; manage scheduling logistics; serve as a key contact for contingent workforce procedures; communicate regularly with vendors and internal partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Onboarding & Integration: Prepare and distribute onboarding materials; work with internal departments to resolve access or credentialing issues for contingent workers; ensure onboarding tasks are completed in line with program standards.
- Contract Extensions & Transactions: Monitor extension activities in internal systems; process contract extensions with accurate documentation; track extension trends and support compliance with program guidelines.
- Time Approval & Compliance Monitoring: Engage with people leaders to resolve time approval issues; support accurate vendor invoicing; maintain awareness of compliance requirements related to worker classification and tenure; assist with audit and review documentation.
- Administrative & Reporting Support: Generate routine reports and dashboards; assist with vendor audits and performance scorecards; maintain program documentation, templates, and tracking tools.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered
- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, workforce coordination, or similar administrative roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Workday or vendor management systems is a plus
