Contract Specialist - Summary
- Serve as a primary point of contact for contract processing, data management, and invoicing activities.
- Support the administrative functions related to procurement and contract administration.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate routing of contracts and billing information.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and manage contract data in spreadsheets and databases, supporting the organization’s recordkeeping and compliance requirements.
- Route contracts efficiently to the appropriate departments and individuals for review and approval.
- Coordinate with city departments to ensure accurate billing for IT services and other procurement-related expenses.
- Set up new accounts as needed, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are in place.
- Create and process billing invoices to ensure timely and accurate payment cycles.
- Consistently update and maintain spreadsheets and databases with the latest contract and billing information.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required to support the procurement and contract management processes.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative or procurement-related role, with demonstrated competency in contract management and support functions.
