Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about insurance products and services.

- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate customers about available insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
- Stay informed of product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education opportunities.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agency’s management.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support overall agency operations and goals.
