Customer Service Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate customers on available insurance options and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Work collaboratively with agency team members to achieve customer service goals and contribute to overall agency success.
