Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate customers about various insurance options through a customer-focused, needs-based review process, ensuring clients are well-informed and confident in their choices.
- Maintain an organized workflow and a strong work ethic, demonstrating total commitment to daily success and the agency’s service standards.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to management, supporting transparency and effective decision-making within the team.
- Stay current on product updates, licensing requirements, technical developments, and pursue ongoing education to maintain expertise in the insurance field.
