Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead brief onboarding and qualification calls with new participants to guide them through the initial process
- Gather and document participant information, including notes, next steps, and required follow-ups

- Manage scheduling and track participant progress across weekly workflows, ensuring timely updates and follow-through
- Identify and escalate situations requiring additional support or clarification to internal teams as appropriate
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to facilitate participant transitions and maintain process efficiency
