Data Quality Analyst - Summary- Act as a bridge between IT and business stakeholders to support Health and Human Services initiatives.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into clear, actionable data access paths for analytics.
- Extensive experience communicating technical data findings to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Background in complex data analysis, with roles such as senior business/systems analyst or data liaison.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, profiling, manipulation, and enrichment, with at least 8 years of hands-on experience.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with end-users, performance analysts, and IT leaders to develop and validate data profiles for analytics and business data lineage.
- Analytical thinker with a passion for data quality and accuracy.
- Excellent communicator, capable of translating complex technical concepts into accessible language.
- Experienced in building stakeholder relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
