Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior business data quality analyst and liaison between technical and program teams.
- Determine and define data profiles and quality measures for agency reporting and analytics.
- Lead or assist in data profiling across multiple HHS domains and data sources.
- Communicate technical findings and data lineage concepts in clear, actionable terms to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support and enhance the usability of data for analytics and reporting, leveraging emerging AI technologies.
- Collaborate with IT leaders, end-users, and performance analysts to validate and create data profiles for analytics and business data lineage analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into clear, actionable data access paths for analytics.
- Extensive experience communicating technical data findings to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Background in complex data analysis, with roles such as senior business/systems analyst or data liaison.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, profiling, manipulation, and enrichment, with at least 8 years of hands-on experience.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with end-users, performance analysts, and IT leaders to develop and validate data profiles for analytics and business data lineage.
