Working closely with a dedicated support team—including medical assistants, schedulers, referral specialists, social workers, and pharmacists—you will be empowered to develop individualized treatment plans and utilize advanced diabetes technologies such as continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) and insulin pumps.
As an Endocrinologist (MD/DO), you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient outcomes through value-based care, focusing on complication prevention, patient education, and quality improvement initiatives. The clinic's model emphasizes a smaller patient panel, allowing you to spend more meaningful time with each patient and to foster long-term relationships that support optimal health outcomes. In addition, you will benefit from collaboration with other specialty providers, including nurse practitioners and podiatrists, enhancing the multidisciplinary approach to care.
This full-time position offers a highly competitive base salary with a bonus structure, reflecting your expertise and commitment to delivering excellent care. With a predictable Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule and no nights or weekends required, you can enjoy a healthy work-life balance. Minimal hospital rounding may be required depending on the site, but the primary focus remains on outpatient clinical care.
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and be board certified or board eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism. An internal medicine background is required, along with prior clinical experience. Applicants should also possess or be eligible to obtain an active medical license and DEA registration. While previous experience in value-based care and managing geriatric or complex chronic populations is preferred, it is not required. Experience with advanced diabetes management technologies, including CGMs and insulin pumps, is highly valued.

Endocrinologist (MD/DO) - Summary- Clinic-based outpatient role focused on proactive, value-based endocrine and metabolic disorder management

- Develop and oversee personalized treatment and management plans
- Order and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic tests
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and use of diabetes technologies such as CGMs and pumps
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including NPs, podiatrists, pharmacists, and social workers
- Participate in clinical protocol development and quality improvement initiatives
- Competitive base salary starting at $300,000+, commensurate with experience
- Bonus structure available based on performance and outcomes
