Epic Beacon Analyst - Summary
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Epic Beacon oncology application configuration, build, and support.
- Enable seamless clinical workflow integration through tailored system enhancements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal application performance aligned with organizational goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Configure, build, test, and validate the Epic Beacon oncology module based on clinical and operational requirements.
- Partner with clinical, operational, and IS stakeholders to translate oncology workflows into effective Epic Beacon solutions.
- Provide Tier III support and troubleshooting for the Epic Beacon application and related systems.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement application enhancements.
- Support end users through training, communication, and ongoing technical assistance.
- Document configuration changes, processes, and issue resolutions in accordance with organizational standards.
- Stay up to date with Epic application updates and best practices to maintain system excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare or information technology environments.
- At least one year of hands-on EMR/Epic application experience, with direct involvement in system support or build.
- Active Epic Beacon certification is required for this role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare IT workflows, particularly within oncology settings.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive, self-starter attitude.
