Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to a Senior Vice President and leadership team.
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize competing demands, and make real-time schedule adjustments to meet organizational needs.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, both in-person and virtual, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.
- Oversee department recordkeeping, including managing financial data, and assist with budget preparation, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Serve as a liaison with internal departments and external vendors to support ongoing business operations and maintain positive relationships.
- Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
