Financial Systems Analyst - Summary
The Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the financial systems that support the organization's procure-to-pay processes. This includes overseeing system integrations, troubleshooting issues, and driving enhancements across platforms such as Coupa and SAP (SRM/S/4 HANA). The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in configuring, supporting, and enabling procurement technologies, as well as leading process improvement initiatives and supporting transformation roadmaps.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) ecosystem, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement.
- Manage system integrations between Coupa, SAP (SRM/S/4 HANA), and other financial tools using protocols such as cXML and SFTP.
- Troubleshoot and resolve transaction and system errors to minimize business disruptions.
- Design and optimize P2P processes, including organizational structures and release strategies, to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Lead and support the Coupa-to-S/4 transformation roadmap, delivering scalable solutions for global operations.
- Participate in the implementation, enhancement, and testing of financial system functionalities, ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
- Enable suppliers and users through configuration and support, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing satisfaction with the financial systems.
- Document system changes, process flows, and troubleshooting guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, IT, and operations, to align system capabilities with business needs.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Coupa, including configuration, support, and supplier enablement.
- Strong experience working with SAP systems, particularly SRM and S/4 HANA.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and support integrations using cXML, SFTP, and ERP interfaces.
- Proven track record of troubleshooting system and transaction errors within financial systems.
- Experience in designing and optimizing procure-to-pay processes, including organizational structure and release strategy development.
- Expertise in supporting system implementations, enhancements, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Familiarity with Coupa-to-S/4 transformations and related technology change management.
