Healthcare Data Analyst - Summary

- Design, document, and support the implementation of data warehouses and performance dashboards tailored to organizational needs.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, finance, business, science, healthcare, social science, mathematics, or a related discipline focused on critical and analytical thinking.
- Minimum of three years’ experience analyzing and reporting healthcare data.
- At least two years’ practical experience using SQL or Python scripting for database queries and data manipulation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare quality measures applicable to ambulatory, specialty, and inpatient settings (such as HEDIS, PQRS, NQF, AHRQ, CMS).
- Understanding of healthcare data privacy standards and regulations, including HIPAA.
