Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer, manage, and track all Leave of Absence (LOA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), California Family Rights Act (CFRA), Pregnancy Disability Leave (PDL), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and workers' compensation programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for employees on leave management, short-term disability (STD), long-term disability (LTD), and workers' compensation-related issues.
- Efficiently resolve employee issues and inquiries related to leave and workers' compensation claims, ensuring a high standard of service and confidentiality.
- Monitor and maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations impacting leave administration and benefits programs.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with all relevant laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal HR teams, payroll, and benefits administrators to facilitate accurate documentation and seamless leave workflows.
- Utilize HR information systems such as PeopleSoft or similar software to track, document, and report on leave and benefits activities.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in leave management or FMLA/LOA administration required.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with PeopleSoft or similar HR information systems preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, problem-solve, multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
