Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to maintenance service requests from residents and management.
- Efficiently complete repairs and maintenance tasks for HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical issues.
- Assist in preparing market-ready units, including trash removal and cleaning of vacant apartments.
- Install locks, make keys as needed, and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Replace light bulbs in common areas and perform routine inspections to ensure proper lighting and safety.
- Remove trash from office areas and around apartment communities daily to maintain cleanliness.
- Support the upkeep of grounds, building exteriors, leasing offices, parking lots, and other common areas.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely completion of all assignments.
