The Infrastructure Engineer role is a key position responsible for supporting and maintaining critical infrastructure services within a corporate banking environment. - Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure support and server engineering
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, including hybrid (on-premise and Azure) environments
- Proficiency with Citrix, VMware, and storage solutions
- Basic networking knowledge; experience with Meraki is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment supporting both on-prem and cloud technologies
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and non-technical business users
- Detail-oriented and proactive in addressing complex IT infrastructure issues
