Insurance Account Manager - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, following up as needed to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new service opportunities with both current and prospective customers.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance products, policy availability, eligibility, coverage, and billing.
- Educate clients on insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based approach.
- Generate insurance quotes, present policy options, and close sales to meet agency targets.
- Maintain ongoing networking relationships to support business development.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a daily commitment to agency success.
- Support clients with policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and other service needs.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.
- Background in sales (inside or outside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is advantageous.
- Professional customer service experience in a similar environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and quotas preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively relate to customers.
- Property & Casualty insurance license (must be obtained prior to start date).
- Life and Health insurance license (must be obtained prior to start date).
