Insurance Account Manager (Bilingual - Hmong/English) - Summary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service in both Hmong and English.
- Assist clients with insurance policy questions, changes, and claims, ensuring clarity and satisfaction throughout the process.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing proactive follow-up as needed.
- Offer prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy modifications, transfers, claim submissions, and billing explanations.
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance options and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to daily success and client satisfaction.
- Deliver timely and thorough activity reports to agency leadership.
- Stay current on product changes, industry developments, licensing, and continuing education requirements.
- Support the agency’s sales and retention goals through value-driven conversations and positive customer experiences.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in Hmong and English is required.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training is provided for the right candidate.
