Insurance Account Manager – Licensed (P&C, L&H) Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop qualified insurance leads through various channels and schedule appointments with prospective clients
- Identify customer needs by conducting comprehensive needs assessments and recommending suitable insurance products and services
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and communication
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous service by responding to inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverage details, policy changes, and billing matters
- Assist clients with claims submissions, transfers, and account updates, ensuring a seamless experience
- Follow up with clients proactively to address any concerns and to reinforce agency relationships
- Meet or exceed sales and service goals as established by the agency

Qualifications & Requirements
- Current Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance licenses required
- Prior experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to actively listen and respond to client needs
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize assignments, and manage time effectively
