Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support
- Follow up with clients regarding insurance inquiries, policy changes, coverage details, billing, and claims
- Educate customers about available insurance products using a needs-based approach
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring accuracy and clarity in communication
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve agency goals and deliver a remarkable customer experience
- Uphold a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving daily success
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent
- Remain current on product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
