Insurance Customer Service Representative (Licensed) - Summary- Serve as the main point of contact for insurance clients, addressing their questions and concerns
- Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate service to enhance client satisfaction
- Educate customers about available insurance products and coverage options
- Support policy changes, renewals, and claim submissions
- Contribute to the agency’s growth through excellent service and relationship-building
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Utilize a customer-focused review process to advise clients on insurance options
- Maintain strong work ethic and commitment to daily success
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agent
- Stay current on product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education requirements
