Insurance Sales Agent - Summary
- Full-time role focused on selling insurance products and services
- Engage in lead development, customer relationship management, and consultative sales

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule appointments to discuss insurance needs
- Identify the specific requirements of each customer and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding to questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and policy updates
- Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas set by the agency
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support overall agency objectives

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid license in Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance required prior to start date
- Previous experience in insurance sales is strongly preferred
- Sales experience in any of the following areas preferred: inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing
- Proven record of achieving sales targets or quotas is a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or Ukrainian) are preferred but not required
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and relate effectively to customers
