Insurance Sales Agent (Licensed) - Summary
- Full-time, in-office position at a reputable State Farm agency

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop, qualify, and manage new business leads through prospecting, referrals, and networking
- Schedule and conduct appointments to assess client insurance needs and recommend appropriate products
- Market a range of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and health insurance
- Establish lasting relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and follow-up
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, responding to inquiries regarding coverage options, policy changes, claims, and billing concerns
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and policy updates
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and agency performance targets

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Life & Health insurance license strongly preferred
- Prior insurance sales experience preferred; open to candidates with sales experience in related fields (outside sales, inside sales, retail, telemarketing)
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to build rapport and relate effectively to a diverse customer base
- Bilingual skills are a plus
