Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, L&H) - Summary
- Serve as a key team member in a reputable State Farm agency.
- Utilize active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses to serve customers.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and pursue leads, schedule appointments, and identify individual customer insurance needs to recommend appropriate products and services.
- Establish, nurture, and maintain customer relationships, ensuring effective follow-up and ongoing support.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Contribute to the agency’s customer retention goals through outstanding service and clear communication.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales and service objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of State Farm products, policy guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Document customer interactions and updates in agency systems in accordance with established procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Life & Health insurance license preferred.
- Previous insurance sales experience or related sales experience (such as retail, inside/outside sales, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas is an asset.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
