Insurance Sales Agent (P&C/L&H Licensed) - Summary
- Full-time opportunity in a customer-focused, award-winning State Farm agency
- Develop and manage new and existing client relationships in Shoemakersville, PA
- Utilize your Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses to deliver tailored insurance solutions
Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach and marketing strategies
- Schedule and conduct appointments to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional service in response to client inquiries, policy changes, billing, claims, and coverage questions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas as set by the agency
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, policy updates, and sales activities
- Stay informed about evolving insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements relevant to P&C and L&H lines
- Collaborate with agency team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience

Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
- Valid Life & Health (L&H) insurance license required
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred
- Track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales goals/quotas
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
