Insurance Sales Representative - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and present insurance quotes to prospective clients
- Conduct sales presentations and close insurance sales
- Establish, maintain, and grow client relationships
- Follow up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
- Engage in ongoing networking activities to expand client base
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving daily and long-term goals
- Identify and pursue new service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license
- Must be able to obtain Life & Health license
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas required
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for the role of insurance and financial products in people’s lives
- Strong record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Ability to initiate contact and secure appointments from a cold start
