Insurance Telemarketing Representative - Summary- Engage with potential insurance clients via outbound calls who have requested information about our products and services
- Transfer qualified leads to licensed Insurance Specialists for further assistance
- Receive comprehensive training and support in a collaborative agency environment
- Contribute to a mission-driven team focused on delivering quality service
- Make 50-100 outbound calls daily to connect with prospective clients and determine their insurance needs
- Establish rapport quickly by using effective communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor
- Accurately collect and document client information in our system
- Transfer interested or qualified clients to our licensed Insurance Specialists for policy review and sales support
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and telemarketing techniques
- Uphold the agency’s mission to provide reliable information and risk protection to every client

- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license with agency support
