The work schedule is typically Monday through Friday, with standard daytime hours from 8 am to 5 pm. Daily responsibilities include performing a range of interventional procedures such as aspirations, biopsies, catheterizations, drainages, CT-guided interventions, endoscopic catheterizations, surgical procedures, and more. The Interventional Radiologist (IR) is expected to handle a case volume of approximately 45 RVUs per shift, ensuring consistent productivity and efficient patient care. In addition to technical expertise, the role requires strong communication skills for effective collaboration with referring physicians and other medical staff. Proficiency with leading EMR systems, including Powerscribe 4.0 and the RPCE Tech Stack, is essential for accurate documentation and workflow management.

Candidates for the Interventional Radiologist (IR) position must hold an active medical license and be board certified in Interventional Radiology. The credentialing process typically ranges from 60 to 90 days, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
