Interventional Radiologist (MD, IR) - Summary- Full-time opportunity for a Board Certified Interventional Radiologist
- Day shift schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- No call responsibilities
- Position available until permanent placement is secured
- Travel expenses covered
- Credentialing timeline of approximately 60 days
- Perform a broad range of interventional radiology procedures, including biopsies, angiograms, venograms, line placements, port placements, drain placements, and general IR procedures
- Provide high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic imaging services for both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including radiology technologists and other medical staff
- Utilize the Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system for accurate patient documentation
- Adhere to established clinical protocols and safety standards
- Maintain current knowledge of advancements in interventional radiology and participate in ongoing professional development
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with specialization in Interventional Radiology
- Current Board Certification in Radiology
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Active state medical license or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
- Minimum of 1-3 years of recent experience in interventional radiology
- Proficiency with Epic EMR preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in a wide variety of interventional radiology procedures
