IT Project Manager (PMP) – Summary- Lead and oversee technology infrastructure and enterprise IT projects from inception to completion.
- Direct project teams, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Facilitate communication between departments and technology vendors.
- Drive projects such as VoIP migrations and wireless access deployments.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project outcomes align with business goals.
- Manage the full lifecycle of departmental and enterprise technology projects.
- Define project scope, develop schedules, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Evaluate, select, and implement technology solutions in collaboration with IT and business leaders.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external hardware/software vendors.
- Oversee current projects, including migration to the 8x8 VoIP phone system and neighborhood Wi-Fi access expansion.
- Coordinate with IT teams to deliver on project requirements and resolve technical challenges.
- Ensure all projects are delivered within established timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in managing large-scale technology infrastructure projects within a PMO environment.
- Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI (Project Management Institute).
- Proficiency in cloud-hosted VoIP solutions such as Microsoft Teams Voice, Cisco Webex, Zoom Phone, RingCentral, or 8x8.
- Familiarity with wireless (Wi-Fi 6/6E, WLAN controllers) and wireline systems, including structured cabling, fiber, and copper technologies.
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting VoIP system migrations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experienced project manager with a background in both IT infrastructure and enterprise solutions.
- Proactive leader who excels at coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Effective communicator with a track record of successful collaboration with vendors and end-users.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to drive projects to completion while managing risks and adapting to changing requirements.
