Licensed Insurance Agent (P&C) - Summary
- Remote role supporting a leading State Farm agency as a Licensed Insurance Agent (P&C)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, following up regularly to ensure satisfaction
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries about coverage, eligibility, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Utilize a needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance options
- Prepare insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close insurance sales
- Build and maintain ongoing networking relationships within the community and industry
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agency owner
- Stay current on product changes, licensing requirements, and continuing education

Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior State Farm insurance experience is required
- Active Property & Casualty license is required
- Life and Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required
